The embroidery process begins with an idea or a piece of artwork. Designs and artwork can be sent via e-mail, disc or as a hard copy, they will be transferred to a digital format and converted into an embroidery disc which converts the artwork into stitches for thread.

Initial orders are subject to a digitizing fee for the computer disc that guides the embroidery machine. An accurate quotation can only be made upon sight of your artwork. The disc is then stored in our library and any re-orders will be free of set-up charges. Once the artwork has been digitized, it is then ready to be put into production.
Standard turn-around time is seven to ten business days; this period begins when all work orders have been received and the final art files have been approved. If a shorter time period is required, a rush fee might be charged upon our discretion.
