PAYMENT POLICY
Orders may be submitted online via credit or debit card. All electronic payments are securely transmitted using Secure Socket Layer ("SSL") technology.
You may also pay by mail with a check or money order, but orders must be placed by phone.
Gorfam Marketing, Inc. offers payment on Terms via a Purchase Order as a convenience exclusively for qualified customers. By completing a credit application, you are on your way to becoming a customer.
RETURN POLICY
Gorfam Marketing, Inc. will offer a full product refund, store credit, or exchange, return your item(s) to us within 15 days of when you receive them, in original condition. Include a copy of the invoice with notification indicating the exchange, replacement or refund of the item(s) returned. Exchanges for a different item(s) due to manufacturing defect or an order processing error will incur normal shipping charges when the product is reshipped. If you are requesting a refund not due to defect or error, you will be refunded only the cost of the merchandise. We will not refund you the cost of shipping unless there is a defect or mistake in processing the order.
Decorated item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons other than defects and/or processing errors.
If something happens in transit and the item(s) do not get delivered, we cannot give you a credit.
Cancellations and changes must be made by close of the same business day you place the order.

SHIPPING POLICY
Standard delivery time is 7 to 10 days. Rush orders are subject to additional charges per our discretion
GUARANTEE
Gorfam Marketing, Inc. will issue a refund, replacement, or merchandise credit for any product that has not been decorated (embroidered or silk-screened). For these items, we guarantee that they will be 100% free from defects in material and workmanship. If they are not, you may return them in their original condition for a credit, exchange or full refund.
