SCREEN PRINTING FAQ

Using our art department to create your logo from scratch provides not only a high level of expertise, but also ensures that the designs will translate perfectly into screen printed and/or embroidered items.

All time spent on a design project will be tracked and billed to the customer, including the time spent on discussing concepts and making revisions to the concepts presented.

Feel free to discuss ideas, time estimates and fees prior to submitting your order to us, so that both parties clearly understand the expectations and all of the potential applications for the design prior to development.

Standard turn-around time for graphic design created from scratch is three business days; if a shorter time period is required, a rush charge might be added based on our discretion and added to the fees charged. 

Our art department will also work with you to produce designs and formats that you can provide to other service providers; paper printing, web site developers, large format graphics, etc.

We guarantee quality work, a high-standard of screen printing, and the best in technology and skill.

Product: You choose from name brand blank goods in numerous styles and price ranges.

Each order is reviewed by a member of our production staff, and if needed, you will be contacted for any recommendations on design improvements.

Minimums: While we can sell blank products at no minimum quantity, all production orders must meet a minimum quantity of 6 pieces to be produced.

Artwork: The Gorfam Marketing, Inc. is happy to work with outside designers, agencies and design-oriented customers who wish to provide art that are ready production, so that these fees can be avoided. However, that only those who are highly experienced in design and screen printing production attempt to provide final artwork to us. The quality of the artwork created for production directly affects the final look of the finished product. 

Turn-Around: Standard turn-around time for embroidery is seven to ten business days; this period begins when all blank goods have been received at our location and the final art files have been approved. Orders are subject to an additional charge based on our discretion for items need in a shorter amount of time.
